The lab-grown diamond category is growing — but feels crowded and commoditized. Most brands compete on price, sustainability claims, or traditional luxury cues. Few own a distinctive aesthetic or emotional narrative. ICI needed to break through the noise with a bold identity that felt avant-garde, confident, and culturally relevant — without losing its luxury appeal.
Our approach began with sharpening the brand positioning—moving away from generic sustainability narratives toward confident self-expression and modern opulence. We developed a refined yet avant-garde visual language, introduced the pause-inspired monogram concept, and created a cohesive identity system that translated seamlessly across packaging, digital, and campaign imagery.
